Shipping policy

Here's everything you need to know about how we get your BATLETIX gear to you, anywhere in Egypt.

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver nationwide across Egypt, including Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, the Delta, Canal cities, and Upper Egypt.

Shipping Fees

We charge a flat shipping rate of 90 EGP per order, regardless of how many items you buy. Any active free-shipping promotion and its minimum order value will always be shown on our homepage banner and at checkout before you pay.

Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1-3 business days for Cairo, Giza and Alexandria, and up to 3-5 business days for other governorates, depending on courier availability.

Payment on Delivery

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only — you pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. Please have the exact amount ready, shown on your order confirmation.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a confirmation with your order details once it ships. If you need a status update at any point, email us at batletix@gmail.com with your order number.

Missed or Refused Deliveries

Our courier will attempt delivery using the phone number and address you provided at checkout. If a delivery attempt fails or is refused, we'll reach out to reschedule; orders refused without a valid reason (not a defect or wrong item) may be subject to a re-delivery or restocking fee equal to the original shipping cost.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
